About Us
Morro Advisory Group is an advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. We build the financial infrastructure and the operating cadence a business runs on, and we stay through implementation rather than handing over a document.
The firm exists because this standard of analysis is normally priced for companies several times the size of the ones that need it most. A named firm is out of reach and a full-time hire is premature. The work still has to get done.
Our clientele runs from a local general contractor to a fintech payment processor. The scale and the vocabulary differ between those firms. The underlying problems, and the ways forward, rarely do.
We deliver reports and fractional services to companies and investors, and we stay with the work: implementing the strategy, weighing new opportunities, and improving systems while they are under stress.
We lead projects face-to-face and adopt early, because the ground moves quickly. Our network of advisors and partners is one of the firm’s largest assets, spanning the industries we work in.
With technology and markets changing every other month, you need an advisor in the room you can trust.
Founding Team

Ricardo J Ramos
Ricardo advises founders and operators on capital structure, cross-border strategy, and the operational build behind growth. Work that produced AI-driven models across companies since 2024.
He comes from a family of entrepreneurs, spanning from transportation, real estate, event services, and coffee farms. That instinct built from birth now runs through Morro Advisory Group, where the projects extend past financial modeling and cross-border structure into automated executive assistants and internal signaling programs for investors.
He’s been building AI systems for a living, but he built Morro on a belief most in the AI-age do not share. The long-term winners will be those that prioritize authentic human engagement in everything they do. The model or deal is only as good as the people behind it.
The mark

Garitas, or sentry boxes, are set along the walls of the Castillo de San Felipe del Morro (“El Morro”) in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Standing watch as a lookout point to defend the fortress and map the risk to come.
This is who we are.
Who we work with
Owners, Founders, and Investors in the global economy.
Philanthropy
With every engagement, a portion of revenue is donated to foundations that invest in local communities and people.
